Celebrating our awesome Flair dads this Father’s Day!

It’s Father’s Day and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our Flair dads. Thank you for all your support of your budding young gymnasts.

My own dad encouraged me to work as hard as I could at my gymnastics skills and always enjoyed coming to my gym club and cheering me and my brother on at gymnastics competitions. I am now able to show my gratitude by taking him out to dinner and breaks away. Here we are, about to go on the London Eye!

Celebrating Flair dads

I feel it is so important that parents take an interest in their children’s clubs and other hobbies. Getting involved in what your child is learning at their gym club in Surrey truly encourages them as they feel supported and with that support the more effectively children learn. So it’s a big thank you to our Flair dads for all the awesome encouragement and appreciation of your child’s achievements, whether big or small, that you give to your child, as this really does help them to grow their confidence through gymnastics. You really are helping to give them the best possible start in life..

Thank you for giving your child a super-fun childhood where they are developing in the best of ways so that they grow up to be bright, fit, healthy, well rounded and sociable individuals. You’re doing a brilliant job! 

Each year we choose one of our dads to win the Fantastic Flair Father Award and this year it goes to Jim Webber, Billy’s dad from Spectrum Friday who was presented a bottle of wine. Jim always brings Billy to his club and picks him up too. He’s very supportive of Billy and enjoys chatting to the coaches and following his progress. Billy loves his classes and is super-happy!
