Flair employs over 40 members of staff who deliver gymnastics and trampolining classes to children at our recreational clubs. We are committed to building, growing and training our coaching teams to the highest of standards.

Safety
At the top of our list is safety, and as a professional company we take our health, safety and welfare responsibilities extremely seriously.
This is why we offer complete training for all of our coaches before they even step foot into one of our gyms, followed by ongoing coach development in every aspect of the job, from child protection through to risk management.
We want you to be the best that you can be using our safe and effective methods.

Education
Our current training programme includes a 3-part classroom course, followed by 3 exams.
Then you are given a ‘trainer’ to guide you through the practical steps of coaching in a Flair Gym Club. You are given an online work training diary that is updated on a weekly basis by you and your trainer to help you to complete and achieve Flair objectives and key goals.
Each part of the Flair training is designed to give you the tools to be the very best that you can be.

Enjoyment
We want you to have fun and enjoy your coaching and your employment with us.
It is extremely important to us that you are having a good time so that the children who learn from you are enjoying themselves too.
To help achieve this, we believe in building strong and effective teams that create a fun buzz at our clubs. We hold staff away-days, regular training courses, feedback meetings, pay great rates and pay bonuses for exceptional coaching.

Confidence is at the heart of our organisation and we believe confidence is the main building block to help you to acheive your goals.
