An 'exclusion' is a date during the term that your regular class is not taking place.

We face some hall hire restictions at some of our venues due to sharing a multi purpose hall

We timetable your club calendar for a complete year taking into account the exclusion dates at each venue.

How do 'exclusions' affect your monthly payments?

Your club runs for a set amount of classes each year. We pro-rater class fees accordingly, meaning that you will pay the same amount each month regardless of actual classes in each month.

You only pay for classes that are running.

A 'make-Up Class' at Flair is an additional class that we timetable to replace any unexpected (extra & un-timetabled) exclusions that we run into.

Sometimes (on very rare occasions) our venues 'double book us' :-(
And, because we have worked out your monthly payments based on how many classes your club operates for each year, we will offer you a make-up class to replace the unexpected exclusion.

If an unexpected exclusion occurs, we will always Email you and hand out a notice to your child at class with make-up class dates.

Make-up classes may sometimes be offered at alternative venues and on an alternative day to your regular class.
