Q: WHY IS FLAIR TAKING OVER THE RUNNING OF GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINING AT SPECTRUM?

A: To enable Spectrum to continue to improve the high standards of gymnastics & trampolining, Flair will be working in partnership with Spectrum developing the gymnastics and trampolining program to the next level, offering a vey high standard of class lesson plans, Flair awards syllabus, specialist equipment and coaching expertise.

Q: HOW WILL THE CHANGES AFFECT MY CHILD'S LEARNING?

A: We believe very positively. Flair has been running for over 11 years and operates 3 clubs teaching ONLY Gymnastics & trampolining, we are therefore specialists in these sports.

We have a dedicated syllabus, development program, specialist coaches including current national champions and European medallists.

We will also be introducing our TeamGym program offering opportunities to those who want to take gymnastics to the next level.

Q: WHAT IS GOING TO BE NEW AT THE FLAIR CLASSES?

A: NEW equipment & floor matting (including the Flair Air Tumble track and The Flair ‘fast track’ – its like a long trampoline), high level specialist coaches, the Flair awards and badges program, optional competition entry twice yearly, membership cards, members goodie packs, VIP invite classes every term for members friends to attend, parent viewing day every term (inviting you into the gym to watch your child’s class at the end of each term).

One2One coaching for those wishing to polish up their skills or learn new moves, with dedicated one2one coaching.

Q: WILL THE COACHES/STAFF BE CHANGING?

A: We hope to employ many of the existing Spectrum coaching staff who will attend Flair coach training and enter onto the Flair coach development program, adding to their skill and knowledge as coaches; we will also be introducing some new coaches and a dedicated lead coach, a program director and our opperation manager into the club.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY CHILD WILL LIKE THE NEW STRUCTURE?

A: We believe they will love the new Flair structure, but in-case they or you are not sure, we are offering EVERY child a FREE trial classes in January 2010

AND

From the 11th – 14th November, we will be delivering a taster class at your child’s existing class time, bringing in some of the Flair coaching team along with a some very exciting pieces of Flair gymnastics equipment The Air Tumble Track + AIR MOUNTAIN!

Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR THE NEW FLAIR CLASSES?

A: Monthly, not termly.

Unlike the current Spectrum system of termly course payments. We operate a 2 month rolling membership agreement. This helps spreads the cost for you over the year and doesn’t give you a big bill at the beginning of each term.

This also guarantees you a class place until you tell us you want to stop. No more re-booking onto courses each term! Payments are collected at the beginning of each month by Direct Debit.

Q: DO I NEED TO BUY FLAIR UNIFORM (leotard) ?

A: Not right away, however we are offering ALL existing Spectrum members 20% OFF any uniform ordered during January or February. As a membership club, after being a member of Flair for 4 weeks, we ask that members purchase club uniform. Existing Spectrum course members may wear there current Spectrum uniforms to class until they grow out of them.

Q: DO I NEED TO BOOK?

A: YES, If you would like a FREE trial class for your child in January you will need to book.

Once you book your FREE trail class place, the class place is guaranteed for your child should they wish to continue and join Flair

Q: HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

A: Depending on how many classes you attend each week the price will vary.

Payment will be monthly meaning no more big termly bills. You can mix and match gymnastics, trampolining, MicroGym and TeamGym and add as many or as few classes to your monthly payment as you wish.

Some classes operate for more days than others throughout the year which will vary the price 'per month'
