GYMNASTICS (4-18 yrs)
Your childs first class is a FREE trial lesson to see how they get on with their gymnastics and to allow the coaching team to group them accordingly.

Each week your child will take part in a structured lesson, including a warm-up, stretching, floor skills award work and apparatus practice. Your child will learn and build on a number of gymnastic skills using apparatus including- floor, vault, trampette, tumble track and air tumbling track.
Each class has been planned to develop your childs all round gymnastic ability. The apparatus set-ups rotate throughout the term.
Towards the end of each term you are invited into the gym to view your childs regular class.
This gives you a full understanding of how the classes are structured and allows you to see whats been learnt during the term.
