Coach-to-pupil ratios are consistent with national guidelines  Gymnastics discipline, etiquette, behaviour and sportsmanship are taught within the class structure.Flair has an In-house awards programme for complete and structured developmentFlair offers entry into a minimum of 2 competitions each year (optional), with intermediate squads for both gymnastics and trampolining for those wishing to take their sport to the next level.Flair is in an official partner to UK Sports Schools and Colleges which includes projects with over 30 primary schools
