In this video Richard Dwyer (Founder & CEO) talks to his nan Sylvia and finds out more about how she took his mum Kathy to a gymnastics club when she was a little girl and then how Kathy went on to take Richard to gymnastics when he was a young boy.
Kathy has fond memories of going to gymnastics classes and learning how to do handstands and cartwheels for her floor routines.

Richard’s mum Kathy went on to become a gym coach at the very first Flair club back in 1998. We are celebrating 20 years of gymnastics fun this year!
