IT’S ALL ABOUT FAMILY

We were thinking of you when we created our brand new Student Training Diaries. We know that you are going to love using these diaries and we can’t wait to hear your feedback on them.

They have been designed with personalised learning at their core, to map, track and feedback to you so that you can see exactly what your child is working on and for you to follow their progress through the syllabus

Live Longer AND Eliminate Cellulite By Joining A Trampolining Club

I have been asked recently by several parents at our Flair Gym Clubs to explain the top benefits to health & fitness that the sports of gymnastics and trampolining offer. To which I replied “There are 100’s” ...Well I’m obviously hugely biased since I’ve been involved in gymnastics now for over 36 years BUT, gymnastics (which includes trampolining) is regarded by all sports coaches to be the Foundation of ALL sports and therefore it is THE sport that your child should do at school and after school and on the weekends and for the rest of their life if you want them to be the very best that they can be in everything they do. This will become very obvious to you if you bring your child along to a Flair Gym Club. We have a very long list of parents who sight gymnastics as the main thing that has benefited their child the most out of all the extra curricular activities that they take part in.

How To Set (AND ACHIEVE) Your Goals

Todays date the '15th January' is VERY significant for us all, but WHY?

Are gymnastics competitions healthy for children?

As Max Whitlock retains his GOLD MEDAL world pommel champion status at the World Championships in Montreal, I'm asking the question, is competition healthy for children?

The celebration of an achievement is a tremendous thing, but the truth is that not every child will win a competition or be the best in their group or category. Many people today (and you might be one of them) think...

I'm big enough to admit when I'm wrong...

Is the school system failing our children by not teaching this vital life skill?

PLANNING

...and how this will greatly accelerate your child's rate of success in moving closer to and ultimately smashing their goals.

How Can I Become More Positive Through Gymnastics?

Apart from helping children to learn new skills and improve their gymnastics and therefore build their confidence, at Flair we are super keen to grow
positive and upbeat individuals who are good at socialising and enjoy making new friends. All of these life skills are so, so important and we really want your little ones to be the very best that they can be.

Why is it vital to consistently encourage our children ?

We have ‘Club Champs’ at the end of term which is going to be a lot of fun in celebration of every child’s progress, effort and dedication.

(Being A Stuntman) And Playing With Fire

The teams work hard at Flair to make sure that each child has measurable goals to strive towards at class each week, each month, each term and each year.
