As a responsible company we operate strict and very thorough safety measures at our club and events. These include:

  • Liability Insurance.
  • Coach to Gymnast ‘Professional Indemnity Insurance’
  • All staff are enrolled into the Flair University which includes induction (The Flair Necessities) training & assessment, skills training, development & assessments and ongoing professional development overseen by the  club manager.
  • All staff undergo regular DBS checks. (Disclosure and baring service, formerly known as criminal record checks ‘CRB’)
  • Club and Event ‘Risk Assessment’ and ‘Risk Management’
  • Health, Safety & Welfare Policy and Procedures
  • Child Protection Policy and Procedures
  • Appointed ‘First Aider’ at all classes and events.
  • Appointed ‘Club and Events Safety Officer’.
  • Appointed ‘Welfare & Child Protection Officer’.

Our extensive safety measures are in place to give protection and peace of mind to parents, members,
staff/coaches, venues and officials.
